History
Power Engineering Transformatory Sp. z o. o. in Czerwonak (Poland) has over 70 years of tradition in the energy industry. Although PET Sp. z o. o. was established in 2017, previously it operated as Zakłady Remontowe Energetyki founded in 1951. Then, after privatization in the 1990s, the name was changed to Zakłady Produkcyjno-Remontowe Energetyki Poznań “Energetyka-Czerwonak” S.A., and in 2010 to Power Engineering S.A.
At the beginning of 2017, the part producing power transformers was separated and started operating as Power Engineering Transformatory Sp. z o. o. taking with them all infrastructure, people, experience, know-how and knowledge about transformers. In the same year, the company became part of the KONČAR D&ST group from Zagreb. Using the knowledge and potential of a global concern, we apply the most modern production and management standards, delivering the highest quality devices to the market.
