Medium power oil transformers:
HV/MV or MV/MV (from 4 MVA up to 83 MVA) and voltage up to 145 kV.
We design the best transformers in their class, meeting the highest standards. We can also design and produce transformers according to special requirements.
Production
All units are manufactured in accordance with applicable standards, and the materials and components used come only from proven and best global suppliers. The tanks are designed in the way that they can be lifted using hydraulic lifts and overhead cranes. The cores are made of high-quality sheet metal ensuring low no-load losses and low noise emissions during transformer operation. Transformer windings are made of electrolytic copper insulated with paper and enamel. Single, multiple and CTC technology wires are used. Depending on the customer’s requirements, the installed tap changers can be on-load (oil and vacuum) or off-load.
Transformers are equipped with radiators mounted with throttle valves. Anti-corrosion protection includes hot-dip galvanizing and/or painting with water-based, epoxy and polyurethane paints. The transformers are designed for continuous operation and the load conditions are in accordance with the current IEC standard. In the standard version, transformers are intended for operation in open spaces or chambers with a moderate climate.
Transformers according to the Customer’s special requirements can be also designed and produced.

– determination of the content of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
Delivery
We offer comprehensive delivery of transformers to the location indicated by the Customer.
